Description

Come to the Rock Festival! We will rehabilitate the short, steep slide to the Blackrock Hut Spring by building stone steps. Meet at Blackrock Gap parking, near Skyline Drive milepost 88 (18 miles north of Rockfish Gap Entrance Station) at 9:00 A.M. There is a 0.9 mile hike in to the project area.

We will be joined by Honor Society students from Riverheads HS (Augusta County) on their fourth work trip with the McLeods.

Bring lunch, water, work gloves. We will provide tools, training, safety gear, and encouragement.
